1. Scope & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed in the KANREY Online Shop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

  • Orders placed via the Swiss Online Shop are subject to Swiss-specific terms.

  • Orders placed via the Global Online Shop are subject to international terms.

2. Contractual Parties & Contact Information

The contract is concluded between KANREY GmbH, headquartered in Switzerland, and the customer placing the order.

3. Orders & Contract Conclusion

All orders placed through the KANREY Online Shop constitute a legally binding purchase agreement upon confirmation by KANREY. Orders can only be placed by persons of legal age.

4. Prices & Payment Methods

The applicable currency is shown at checkout and depends on the country of delivery. Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout. KANREY reserves the right to adjust prices at any time. The price displayed at checkout is final and includes applicable VAT.

Additional customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Ownership Retention

The delivered goods remain the property of KANREY until full payment has been received.

6. Shipping Policy

For detailed information regarding our shipping methods, delivery times, shipping costs, and international shipping, please refer to our Shipping policy.

The Shipping Policy forms an integral part of these Terms of Service.

7. Returns & Exchanges

KANREY offers a 14-calendar-day return policy from the date of receipt.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds will be processed within:

    • 10 business days (Swiss orders)

    • 14 business days (international orders)

  • Returns must be initiated via hello@kanrey.com.

8. Warranty & Liability

KANREY provides a two-year warranty on manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or modifications.

Any claims must be submitted with proof of purchase.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Customer data is processed in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) for Swiss orders and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for global orders.

10. External Links Disclaimer

KANREY is not responsible for the content of external links. The operators of linked sites are solely responsible for their content.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All orders are governed by Swiss law.

  • For Swiss orders, the place of jurisdiction is Fribourg, Switzerland.

  • For global orders, mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer’s residence may apply. Disputes may be handled by the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.

12. Changes to Terms & Conditions

KANREY reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

13. Severability Clause

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected and in full force.
