Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt without providing a reason.

Conditions for Returns:

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Refunds will be processed within:
  • 10 business days for Swiss orders
  • 14 business days for international orders

Exclusions:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Products that are custom-made or clearly personalized.
• Items that are sealed and cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
