Delivery time:

• Rest of the EU: 3-5 business days (estimates, not guaranteed)

• Outside Switzerland and the EU: Shipping times depend on the destination country

Free shipping for orders above CHF 150 or €150.

Shipping fee:

• Switzerland: CHF 4.90

• EU: €4.90

• Other countries: €9.90

For orders outside Switzerland and the EU, we ship according to Incoterm DAP. Customs duties, import taxes, and any applicable handling fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. KANREY is not the importer of record and does not collect or remit any such fees.
