Order
You will receive an order confirmation via email, which includes a link to your order. You can also log in to your account and click on your order to view the status.
Unfortunately, orders cannot be changed or canceled after confirmation, as we immediately begin processing them.
Payment
Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout. The available options may vary depending on your location and the selected currency.
Shipping
Shipping costs depend on the delivery country. However, we offer free shipping for orders above CHF 150 or €150.

We currently ship to:
- Switzerland and Liechtenstein
- All countries within the EU
- As well as the following additional countries and territories: Andorra, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Faroe Islands, Greenland, United Kingdom, Iceland, Japan, Monaco, Montenegro, Northern Ireland, North Macedonia, Norway, Moldova, San Marino, Serbia, Ukraine, United States, Vatican City, and Belarus.

Delivery time:
- Switzerland, Germany, Austria: 1-2 business days (estimates, not guaranteed)
- Rest of the EU: 3-5 business days (estimates, not guaranteed)
- Outside Switzerland and the EU: Shipping times depend on the destination country
For orders outside Switzerland and the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply based on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by KANREY.

Returns & Exchanges
You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Conditions:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days for Swiss orders and 14 business days for international orders
Returns must be initiated via hello@kanrey.com.
Exclusions:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products that are custom-made or clearly personalized.
- Items that are sealed and cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a secure shipping method, as we are not liable for lost returns.

Sustainability
Our shoes are designed for longevity, featuring the replaceable outsoles and materials sourced with care.
All manufacturing and recycling processes take place within a 10-km radius in Portugal.
We also offer a circular recycling program for end-of-life products.
You can return your worn-out KANREY shoes to us or drop them off at one of our partner retailers.
